Following new hire orientation where new staff members are exposed to the company culture and practices, our benefits, and basic safety training, the newly hired employee begins working with a mentor for job-specific training. Our formalized mentoring program gives new employees the chance to work closely with and obtain continued feedback from more experienced, veteran employees from within their departments.
