Met by service consultant, appointment was explained, gave expected time frame for my wait and escorted me to the lounge. When my vehicle was done, he escorted me back to the service desk, explained what was done and escorted me through the door. I felt I was well taken care of!
Took my Silverado in for routine service but also had a new noise coming from the seat back. Everything was handled professionally and the technician was able to solve the seat noise! Lube, oil and filter all done in a timely fashion

I smelled anti freeze last week. So when I pulled in, Weston said they will check it out, might be an upper hose (some problems with colorados). Great. This was my initial oil change/tire rotation. This took 2hrs, 15 minutes, with no repairs to supposed leak, they couldn't find one. Great. Wasnt happy with the long wait, i assumed they replaced the hose, but didnt. I asked, he said they pressurized the system, all was good. Great. 2.25 hrs for this service was a bit much, but I did also enjoy the video. Thanks for your time

On Thursday 8-20, 2026 I had an oil and filter change with other included inspections at Morrie's Onalaska Chevrolet. They also did an included vehicle health report with video which was really good. I was very happy with the appointment. The total cost was a little too much for my budget but the work they did was reassuring.
Replacement of broken driver's seat surround cover on a 2014 Chevy Traverse LTZ: part ordered and rec'd w/in two days and installed same day. Thank you for fast and courteous service!
After heavy rain when my truck was parked, water leaked in around one of the running lights on top of the cab. I waited over 2 hours for them to come back and tell me that they had to order a new light and they would let me know when it was in. They have always done a good job fixing my truck when it needed it.
We had a mishap in our travels to WI. When we got to WI, we stopped to have damage assessed and see if it would be possible to have repairs done. We were seen by service right away, parts were ordered and an appointment scheduled. The repairs were done and we were on our way. Everyone was helpful, friendly and courteous.
