First time there. Went to my normal dealership for a nail in the tire. They said they could not repair it and I would need a new tire maybe all 4 tires when I had new tires on them. Took my car over to Chevy and they fixed it for 33 dollars. Brandon was so friendly and willing to check the tire out to see if he could just repair the tire. They are my new service center. Morries helped me out when my car broke down not too far from their shop. They called me a tow truck and got it on their lift diagnosing the problem right away. Fixed it and got me back on the road as soon as they were able.

Kyler was very accommodating when we asked to drive 4 different trucks. The process from start to finish was seamless and efficient.

I needed to get protectant applied to my vehicle which was supposed to take 2 hours. They got me in with very short notice, had a car available to borrow, and finished the job in under 2 hours. Very fast and friendly service!!

Juanita kept in touch with feedback regarding the progress of the truck, our vacation was relying on the truck being completed.When the truck became available Juanita and Tammy in finance stayed late to finalize the purchase, they again catered to my changing availability to make this happen. Skyler, Jennifer and Nathan were all great to work with. I was treated fairly on my trade and couldn't be happier with my new Duramax. Skyler took the time to show me all the new features and accessories.

Diagnosed problems quickly and correctly. Ross was very thorough in asking questions to identify problems. Issues were completed and my vehicle now runs great. Took somewhat longer than I anticipated, but the mechanic did a great job. Only issue was arranging the shuttle, causing delays due to the driver getting lost. In the end, everything worked out.

I had my truck repaired at this dealership and was very satisfied with the quality of the work. I chose the dealership over a typical repair shop for peace of mind, knowing the job would be done right—and they didn’t disappoint. The truck runs perfectly after the repairs, and the service was professional throughout. My only reason for giving four stars instead of five is that the cost was a bit higher than I expected. Nonetheless, I would recommend this dealership for anyone looking for reliable, expert service.

I had a very nice experience buying my new vehicle and am very pleased with my Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. The salesman Charlie was helpful, friendly and really cares about doing his job well. I appreciated that.

Our experience didn't start out well, due to some communication problems between dealerships, the vehicle we originally put a deposit on was immediately sold by the neighboring dealership in West Salem. However, Mathew Snyder and Dan Murphy in Onalaska came through and we were eventually able to order a 2025 Traverse (instead of a 2024). Our new car arrived and we were very pleased with with it! Matthew was also very thorough in showing us all of the new features! Jennifer in the finance department was also very helpful in getting us our Financing all lined up through our Credit Union ...
