Ross the service writer is great. The telephone lady who scheduled my appointment is not. She scheduled me for an 8:15 appt. and I arrived at 7:50 to be told that there were two vehicles ahead of me that needed to be hooked up to the AC machine and that would probably take two hours. They should have scheduled me for 10:00 instead of me waiting in the waiting area.

My service advisor Ross H did a very good job explaining what their inspection found and giving me options, which I did as they were able to complete the work the same day which was very important to me. Even though the repairs were unexpected I am glad they found the issues before my trip.

Glad they found that my water pump was leaking, while they were working on transmission and oil lines, and that it was covered under my warranty.

I had seen a computer message in my Cadillac, "service transmission". Seemed odd so I called to have it checked. While there it was time for tore rotation and I decided to have oil changed too although it could have waited a couple months. Morrie's diagnosed the computer glitch and determined thru GM that a component needed replaced. Had to wait a week for component to be received, it was back order from GM. Rescheduled with Morries when part was in. All handled. I so much appreciate that they can bring me home and pick me up ...

Basically good. The bad part was that my wife received a call saying her vehicle was ready. When she got to your dealership, she found it was NOT ready. She had to spend an additional forty-five minutes there. Inconenient!

Received a text shortly after confirming my appointment, offering assistance with questions and provided me the name of the salesperson that would be assisting me. I was running errands and had my window down and when I went to raise it it wouldn't go up. So since I was in the area I decided I would see if they could get me in. They were busy but they got me in and replaced the switch for my window. I'm so thankful for their time and service.
Service was quick and interactions with staff were friendly. After inspecting the issue, part was ordered and appointment was made for next day. Completed repair in about 30 minutes. Compared to the other large dealership in the area (Dahl), Morries (and past Brenngen) has been much better at providing timely and accurate services.
They show and explain things they find as work is performed. No pressure to do it.
