Agreed to sale of car to sales rep first thing in the morning. Rep was working through the paperwork. 2 hrs. later get a call that vehicle was sold. I would think a dealership should honor their word but that wasn’t the case.

It's always a pleasant experience going to Morries in Onalaska. The salesmen and women are really nice as is the service department. I just had my first free oil change and windshield treatment.
Brandon does a great job explaining everything the vehicle needs.

All communication and confirmation to purchase was done by text or phone call as I am located over 2 hours from the dealership. The process was seamless. I arrived at the dealership and completed the purchase. The salesperson was very personable, thorough and conscientious of my situation. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone I know and I will definitely use them again in the future.
Weston and Brandon in the service department always deliver exceptional customer service! They make the whole process as stress free as possible and it’s appreciated.
The oil change was fine and the replacement of a dirty filter was completed. I asked for a tire rotation which they declined to do because they said my tires were bald and was given quotes for replacement ones. A reminder sticker was not put in my window for next service. I’m disappointed by the partial good service I had. They usually are excellent but today I gave them only 3 stars!

Took my 2014 Chevy equinox LS in to get the open recall taken care of. They were quick at getting me checked in. And they were just as quick to get the recall taken care of and they were also quick at having me in and out. I'm definitely going to taking my equinox back to them for any other repairs

I recently purchased a 2019 Chevy Blazer from Morries Onalaska and I love it. Rod and Tammy were excellent and very professional. I've been coming to Morries for a few years now to have light work done on my Equinox and the service department is too notch. I give them 5 plus stars.

Everyone at Morrie's is great! I recently purchased a brand new trailblazer and was having issues with one of the tires losing air repeatedly and the got me in right away and it turns out there was a nail in my tire so they fixed it right away. The customer service is always great there. We've purchased a few vehicles there and have always had great experiences with the sales department and service department.
Weston kept me informed throughout the process of my warranty repair. I had tires replaced while there for service, and Weston responded quickly with availability and price for my chosen tire.
The extras done to make sure we got home safely relieved a lot of stress. The work was done quickly.

Morrie's staff were fine, Ross explained what was going on with my vehicle and explain the options to fix it. I only complaint was when getting a ride from their courtesy shuttle, I had to wait nearly 40 minutes for someone to come pick me up to bring me back to the dealership. After 25 minutes of waiting, I called the dealership and found out that their driver was over half an hour away. At that point they did send someone to get me. My vehicle is fixed.
